Spotify shuffle queues same song over and over and over

I just queued my liked song and when i look at my queue spotify queued the same song over and over.

You can look at the attachment and yes if you scroll it's the same song over and over then under that new songs again just this one song got queued alot times

To investigate this further, please let us know the following:

• Are you able to reliably reproduce this issue, i.e. does clearing the queue and starting your Liked songs playlist in shuffle mode again produce the same result? 
• Does this happen with other playlists as well? What about a different device?
• Is this track included in your Liked songs?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in or clean reinstalling the app?

Only this once on my laptop. After that have not been able to reproduce it again. Either on desktop or mobile
