Various features not working on desktop app.

List of things not working:
Syncing activity between devices
Downloading songs
Discord Rich Presence
Syncing local files across devices
Last.fm scrobbling not working (this is 3rd party but relates to above issues)

I have premium, and the only sign of spotify receiving my activity data is that I can see my recent activity on https://www.statsforspotify.com/track/recent
