blank and black screen on Spotify

This happened randomly and recently after having Spotify downloaded for 2-3yrs, whenever I try to open Spotify it appears blank and black screen. I can not move Spotify There is three dots for file, edit and view, and they have nothing that could help to fix it. I cant move the Spotify Window, I have restarted and reinstalled it many times and it still doesn't work. I have updated my graphic drivers and still nothing has worked for it to be usable and playable..

Could anyone help and make the Spotify Program work? It's been like this for weeks now 😞

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you share the brand, model and OS of the device you're using the app on? 

In the meantime try performing a clean reinstall as described here, this is a more thorough way of doing it.
