i logged in and out of my spotify on my laptop and playlists are not there

i logged out of spotify and when logging back in my playlists are no longer in my library, however they are on my library on my phone just not my laptop they both use the same acount

Hey NewUser, 

Have you tried reinstalling your Spotify app like shown here?

If that isn't working i would reccomend that you get in touch with the spotify support via email.
