"Song Not Downloaded"

Every time I try to sync songs from my pc to iPod touch, it says "Song Not Downloaded: If you own the song, you can sync it from your computer."
I do own the song, but it won't allow me to sync it from the computer.
I've tried deleting and re-installing the app, moving the mp3 files on the desktop into new folders, and removing the local folders then re-adding them to Spotify's list of approved local files folders.

After adding them to your Spotify Desktop App's local files, add the songs to a playlist then "download" the playlist on your iPod and PC, when your pc and Ipod are on the same WiFi Network your songs will automatically sync 🙂
