[Desktop][Connect] Disable "Listen on your speaker" pop-up

For a while now, on the Spotify desktop Windows application, when I start playing a song, I often get a pop-up that says, "Listen on your speaker," pointing to the Spotify Connect button. This is extremely obnoxious. Coming up once or a few times to let users know about the feature is one thing, but it seems to come up at least daily, which is really annoying.

At the very least, there should be an option on the pop-up to never show it again. Better yet, only show it once or maybe 3 times and then never again regardless.

I'm well aware of Spotify Connect. I've been using it for many years. I don't need an intrusive reminder of its existence each and every time I play a song.

This is related to the help topic here, where many others have complained about this over the last few weeks:
https://community.spotify.com/t5/Other-Podcasts-Partners-etc/quot-Listen-on-your-speaker-quot-always...

However, the link posted there by a moderator does not address this issue. I have no desire to disable Spotify Connect, but rather just to not get a pop-up informing me of it every time I start playing music on Spotify.

Spotify continues to show screens that you constantly dismiss only to continue to pop up. I find myself looking for a "**bleep** off" button after the 4th or 5th pop up. I think it would be great to send these nags away without constantly stopping what you are doing to dismiss and navigate back to the playlist. If a way it is training the application that if you do not want to stop listening to action a pop up after the 1st or 2nd dismissal, then there is no need to continuing to show the same message every 10 minutes for the remainder of the evening.

Bump, please add "Don't display again" checkbox to all pop up tooltips.

Feel free to notify your retention department that it's things like this that pop a question into my head every time I start up Spotify: is it worth moving to another service? It's a tiny irritation, but one that happens Every. Single. Time. I. Start. Spotify. And that irritation accumulates. In the last month I've gone from never even looking at alternatives to browsing their websites.

How hard can it be to just shut off this "feature?"  It's annoying to have this bright blue button pop up every single time I open the desktop app. Did your programmers all leave?!

Yes please!

This pop up is so annoying and doesn't even serve a purpose. Easy win to improve the UX is just stop nagging your users.

I don't ever want to see a tooltip again once I've dismissed it.

Please, just allow us to acknowledge this pop-up and turn it off. I'm the one who installed the speaker, I know it exists, and I don't need Spotify reminding me about it.

If the product team believes that it is absolutely necessary to notify users about the existence of speakers, then please consider reverting to previous behaviour where a blue dot was present over the Connect area.

This post is just confirming how little "love" hast the project from the developers side.

It grinds my gears every day, and I want all the "helpful" bubbles to just go away.
