[Language] Irish Translation

Spotify has been commonplace in Ireland now for many years. The first official language of Ireland is Irish, which is also a recognised minority language in the UK. There are more than 2 million speakers of the language in Ireland, with many more abroad. More than one million people are using the platform Duolingo to learn the language too. Many of these users would be grateful if Spotify could be provided through Irish.

It would not be difficult to provide a translation for the mobile, desktop and web versions of Spotify. As an official language of the EU, many translators can perform such a task. Platforms such as Google, Twitter and WhatsApp are already available through Irish. It would only make sense for Spotify to follow suit.

Spotify AB has the resources to translate their services for those speaking and learning the Irish language. If Estonians, Latvians, or Slovenians can use Spotify through their respective languages, surely it makes sense that Irish people can use Spotify through Irish?
