Spotify adding unwanted songs

Spotify adding unwanted songs

How do I stop Spotify from adding unwanted songs to my Playlist? If I can't stop it, I'm going to CANCEL Spotify. I joined because I want MY songs, not THEIRS! Can anyone help?

From my experience, you can only stop this by adding more songs to your playlist. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.

I'm having the same problem. I try to hide them but they keep coming back. I wish there was a place to tell them I'm not interested in the music they're showing. They should play music that's being listened to, not just any music.

The management of Spotify have a fundamental misunderstanding of the word list. If anyone apart from me can add to it it's is not my list. I'm upset they fail to offer something as simple as allowing me to list.

Iโ€™m discovering that they donโ€™t want us to talk to each other. I donโ€™t like the fact that theyโ€™re having songs that I donโ€™t want to listen to to my playlist. Actively looking for a different streaming service. Iโ€™m paying 1999 a month for the family plan.

Is this still happening?

Looking through this thread it is obvious that many of us are having the same problem. Spotify's computer algorithms randomly add garbage to our playlists and we can't get rid of the garbage. See if you've got the same problem that I described in my post about; Lying about 'next 30 minutes of ad-free music'

It's so annoying when it does this. You have to add more songs to the playlist to get rid of them normally. Or if there's an artist you don't want spotify to play you can go onto thier spotify profile and press don't play this artist and it won't play or recommend you thier music.

No suggestions to avoid their suggestions?  Forcing artists or songs on you for their profit is bs.  Looking for another service...is anyone has suggestions,, let me know.      I have premium....i would prefer they not ruin my music selections or adding a song when i dont want suggestions ---as a paying adult.    Just kills the whole vibe
