Downtime July 31st 2024: Issues with different self-serve links

We're receiving reports that the links in various Spotify-generated emails (for password reset, account closure, etc.) are opening a blank page.

My Question or Issue

I can't reset my password. After I get the reset password email, and click the reset password link, it sends me straight to the wl.spotify.com... address, which doesn't load at all... In advance, I've already tried to open the link through an incognito window, so don't mention that pls.

I tried requesting my data, and they send me an email to approve the data request but when i try to open the link. it says that i couldn't open it because i took a lot of time, i tried on iphone ipad and on computer in multiple browsers, different wifi etc

I have exactly same issue. Nothing happens when I push green "Upload" button. "wl.spotify.com" not responding

I am unable to verify the email I associated account with due to this issue. Upon opening the link received over the email in a new tab or incognito or any other browser the page for verify email does not open. It say's "This Site can't be reached". Please help !

Looks like the issue is resolved for my case the site opened just now.

I think the links are now working for some users! Try to refresh and resend the links, if needed 🙂

Spotify Password reset email (for my podcast account) not coming in, it's not in junk, have tried eight times. 

Literally no other way to ask for help except this forum lol
