Issues with Phone Number Log In

The error "Check your phone number" appears when a log-in with a phone number is attempted. This is now being looked into!

Hey Spotify community,

Few days back I purchased Spotify premium but it was not reflecting in my account, so I did logout from my account and tried to re-login using my phone number but ever since I am facing the error "Check your phone number."

Unfortunately there was no email id linked to my account, so still facing the issue, plus I lost my playlist and favourites too. I am suspecting that my number has been blocked by Spotify. Please help me login into my account.

I was logged out automatically and then unable to log in again.
When I try to log in it written that I should recheck my number and sometimes it shows it is non existing number.

Hello Spotify

Please I have this same problem. The app asks me to “check my number” and so I can’t sign in.    I feel so distraught because I can’t begin to imagine losing my music. I posted this using someone else’s account. Please kindly do something about it. Please.
