Issue with the Web Player skipping tracks on multiple devices

We received reports from users having issues with the Web Player skipping tracks after a few seconds of streaming (usually around 10) and occasionally displaying a "Spotify can't play this right now" error.

Unable to change the playback speed of podcasts on desktop

We're receiving reports from users that the podcast playback speed is not changing regardless of the chosen setting and is "stuck" at the last one used. This only seems to be affecting the desktop app and web player.

Users on the free service are unable to download podcasts

Issues with offline downloads on Android and Desktop

Volume level can't be adjusted to Quiet on Desktop
