My Question or Issue

我今天上Spotify听歌，然后很多歌放到一半的时候就停了，接着弹出个提示说此歌曲无法播放，然后这首歌断断续续的放放停停，让我很难受有一种被欺负的感觉。我怎么拖动进度条或是点按歌词调整进度都不行，进入全屏时也加载不出来艺人的写真，需要很长时间才能加载出来

Since the app is showing lag, could you try to perform complete re-install of the application and download from windows store 

Secondly, is the issue only on a particular network with device mentioned?. Could you try once by logging in another account on the device to confirm and try using different internet network to access the app while logging in
