Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind me replying in English as this is the official language here. We'd also moved your post from the Chats section to one of our help boards as it fits better here.

 

First, we'd recommend making sure that you've properly followed the process to invite another user to be part of your plan. If you have sent the invite already, make sure they're accepting it on their own device and using their own account to avoid any issues.

 

In case the other user has already joined your plan, but the account is still showing the free service, it's possible that your partner has logged into a different account by mistake. In that case, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.
