Add "Recommended songs for you" to Playlist

I recently searched for a song on Spotify and listened to it. From this song, Spotify started playing a "Recommended songs for you" queue of songs. Is there a way to add all of the songs from this queue to a playlist that I create? I do not want to have to add each song individually, I'd like to add them all at one time. I don't see a way to do it on the Android Spotify app, the Spotify website, or the Spotify Windows app.

I am on Spotify Premium.

It's currently not possible to add all of the recommended songs at once, however, there's an existing idea about a similar feature here. Make sure to vote and subscribe for updates.

Seems like that feature request is almost 7 yrs old, I think it's safe to say it won't be implemented.
