Adding family member

Hi, I have now a "family" account, but I have only manage to add one family member. On the "handle your family" screen it is only me and the possibility to "remove" the second memever (no invite) . The instructions however says that I can have up to 4. What is correct? And if more are possible, how to invite? Thanks in advance for your support...

Ah, I think I get it myself. I probably only pay for 2. I need to upgrade even more. Sorry for not understanding that right away. Happy Easter...
