My Question or Issue

After an advertisement the app stop working. I have to close and open again, but in the next advertisement stops again. I already reinstall

the app in both devices, and keep the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! 

First up, could you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row? This will trigger a sync between your devices and account. 

If this doesn't do the trick, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?
