Alexa Connected to Spotify

I had my spotify account linked the Alexa App for an echo dot, I got premum as an entertainment pack with a phone contract. as that contract ended the subscription was cancelled and now the new contracts entertainment pack has been applpied for a new subscription on my account. 

but it seems like when the account went from premium to free and back to premium the Alexa Echo Dot has been dropped why ?

Hey @cwager990,

It sounds like you might've upgraded another account to Premium instead of the one you used before, which is why it doesn't work with the integrated app since you need to be on Premium. 

We suggest that you go to this help article to find the right Premium account and log in with it.
