Alexa Spotify Skill - Does not understand playlist name

My Question or Issue

Alexa does not play my own playlists anymore. I am trying to play my own playlists by saying "Alexa, play my playlist [playlistname] from Spotify."

Alexa reponds: playing [some public playlist that sounds kind of like the same as my playlist name]

When I look in Alexa activity log, I see that my playlist name was understood correctly.

I tried to disconnect the Spotify account and reconnect it.

I tried to disable and enable the Spotify skill.

I tried to rename the playlists.

I tried resetting the Alexa device.

None of the above helped.

Amazon support told me, that this is a skill problem and only Spotify can solve it.

I need help, please!

Can you confirm if you mean that you've set Spotify as the default music service in the Alexa app?
