Alexa claims she can’t find songs that I know are on Spotify

 I have discovered that occasionally when I ask Alexa to play a particular song, she will say “I can’t find XYZ song by XYZ artist” however if I search for the same song manually I find it no problem. I’ve tried asking Alexa the name of the song while it’s playing  to see if she pronounces it differently, but that’s not the case. Any ideas?

Does this happen with all songs or only specific songs? If the latter, can you give us an example of the command you give and what response you get? 

Before that, and just to be sure, reinstall both the Spotify app and the Alexa app, unplug your speaker and plug it back in, and relink your Spotify account with Amazon:

• ‘Settings’ in the Alexa app gives the option to unlink a Spotify account.
• Verify that you want to unlink your account.
• Relink your accounts with these steps.
