All podcast followers disappeared overnight

Hi, I just noticed that all of my podcast followers, which I've been building for 2 months. disappeared overnight. The list went from 324 to 0! I know for a fact that they haven't all suddenly decided to unfollow the podcast at the same moment. I was actually following the podcast from my other account and when I went to check what might have happened, I couldn't see the podcast on my list anymore. Can anyone help please?

Weird the same thing happened to us all 250 followers are gone.

They told me on Twitter that several people messaged about the same issue today and apparently it's already been escalated. I logged this issue via email and I'm now waiting for an update. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Same thing happened to us. We have reached Spotify throughout many channels and haven't received any answer or solution, which is very annoying at this point!

Same here. The only reply I got was on Twitter and this is how I know other people have the same problem - as we can see from replies to my post. I will keep pestering them until I get a reply though...

Same thing happened to me. I was monetized on Anchor on Thursday, and then on Friday I suddenly had no new listens, and then this morning logged into Spotify and saw my 940 followers dropped to 0. I contacted Spotify before finding this thread so had no idea it was affecting many.

Yup all my followers are gone. I thought it was because I updated my RSS Feed a few days ago but they were still there when I checked later that day.

i filled out a ticket as well and got an email that said they were looking into the issue. So hopefully we get a fix within the next few days. fingers crossed

I was going to post the same. Yes, mine are back too. However, all the stats between 23 and 24th September still look pretty odd and not in line with what I'd normally see (e.g. 7 streams on one day and 16 on the next, where normally I'd see several times that). Almost like they didn't record any data during a certain period of time. Do your stats  for the last two days look normal?

No all m stats are either not populated or missing. Its treating it more like i just gained all my followers today, instead of showing stats as though i always had them. So it looks like i've started over. But i have the followers, so i'm taking the win.
