App pauses after 34 seconds into the song

App pauses after 34 seconds into the song on the App on my PC and on my iPhone. How can I fix this? Spotify is no longer enjoyable and I'm forced to listen to my music on YouTube. I might have to switch to iTunes or something if I can't get this resolved. I am currently Paying for a broken Spotify account and i'm not very pleased about it.

Would you mind sharing some more details with us so we can get a better understanding of the situation? 

Does the music pause if you're listening only from one device or are you controlling the playback from one device to another? Also let us know if you're using the Connect feature.

Have you done any troubleshooting so far such as a clean reinstall for example and did you notice when this started happening?
