App thinks it's offline when it's not...frequently...on Windows Phone

On my Lumia 1520 the app frequently says "Offline" even though it has strong WiFi AND mobile signal. Turning mobile data off and back on fixes it but....seriously?

Please add a more frequent or robust networks status check to the WP app so that it knows it's online. Beyond that, loving the app and the service....and I was on Zune/XBOX Music/Groove since almost day 1. I'm converted now.

Hey @hulakai, welcome to the Spotify Community!

It's odd that this happens. You can always try a clean reinstall to fix it. Just follow the steps in here. Let us know if it makes any difference.

I've done this and it doesn't seem to make a difference. It also happens when leaving home and the phone loses it's WiFi connection. All other apps know to use mobile data when the WiFi stops working, but with Spotify I have to cycle mobile data off and back on and then Spotify works immediately. PITA
