Artist link not working/mixed up (non-urgent)

Hello, was listening to an artist Mega (London-based singer-songwriter, the song was 'Future Me') on the Spotify desktop app. When I clicked on the artist's link while the song was playing it sent me to the artist page of different group called Mega who, from their page and the first song I listened to, look/sound like a band of some kind from South/South-East Asia. When I search the artist I can find the right artist and access their page, it also works from other songs, which is all very strange. Also if you go to the page for the band Mega it has one of those Spotify-generated playlists called 'This is Mega' with songs from the South Asian genre mixed in with London-based Mega's songs.
