Autoplay not working

iPhone 11 and Mac desktop app

 

I've tried reinstalling my app, deleting cache, and pretty much everything I can find on the internet. I have double checked that the autoplay option is on. However, the autoplay still does not work. What do I do?

Can you please give us a bit more details so we can investigate the issue further? What kind of content are you playing (e.g. albums, songs from the search results, playlists)? Are you casting to a Connect-enabled speaker or playing directly on your devices? A video of the issue would also be very helpful to our investigation.
