My Question or Issue

I'm unable to accept the "Private Messenger Consent Agreement" because every time i click "ACCEPT" i get redirected to another page with the title "Confirm Operation" with the question "Are you sure you want to perform this action?" and when i click "CONFIRM" i get sent to the "Private Messenger Consent Agreement" again... and if i click the "ACCEPT"...  i get redirected to another page with the title "Confirm Operation" with the question "Are you sure you want to perform this action?" and when i click "CONFIRM" i get sent to the... repeat

Could you give this a shot from a different browser? Does it make a difference? 

 

If the issue persists, it's worth doing it from an incognito window or an alternate device.

It happens on Firefox with private browsing too.

 

EDIT: I have tested it on Edge and the loop happens there too. Maybe the problem is on your side.

Thanks for your posts.

 

When you Accept> Confirm the settings change you should get this message in the big green bar: " Private Messenger has been enabled. You can revoke this consent at any time". 

 

Even though it appears you're on the starting page, you've actually updated your settings. 

 

Hope this info clears things up.
