Beosound 5 - Playlist problem

I have a Beosound 5 with Spotify premium. The problem is that when I try to acces my playlist, it says "loading" all the time.

I can say for sure that it has nothing to do with the system, since I have tried my friends Spotify account on the Beosound 5, and it works perfectly.

What can be wrong with my account?

Is it something in settings?

I have seen other treads here with same issue, but no one solved yet...

Really bad work from B&O. I guess some kind of Bluetooth receiver will do the job... never the less, I really fell like my system is worthless now.. 😞

I agree. However, my dealer (B&O) has installed chromecast audio and a soundcard and now I recieve Spotify lossles through my iPhone on my B&O installation. Without any costs. Service of B&O.
I'm happy again. It took a while but now everything is even better than before.

Out of curiosity-did they do the install too at their cost? My local
dealer said that would be my cost-they would handle the chrome cast and
adaptor-and offer a discount on the Beosound Essence or moment-but I have
not heard what the discount would be yet. Still waiting for them to get
back to me. Has anyone else heard what the discount would be?

No, no everything was paid for by B&O. No costs for me. And I have been told that it is Spotify that created the problem. Other installations allso suffer from this lack.

Right, it's Also the solution given by B&O for me. SPOTIFY don't support anymore
