Today i got email from Spotify

Billie Eilish “A message from past”

So, it was a letter from your past self

And when i go to link it says “Unknown error”

Can’t solve this problem, help me, please.

I just tried and it didn't work. Device IPhone X.

this letter was sent back to people in 2022 , however when i try to open it now it just states that there is an error. i tried from multiple devices (iphone11,iphone 16,macbook,PC) but it still shows an error. i also tried to used a private browser same result each time. do you have any solutions for this?  thank you

Hello. I'm writing this message wondering if this problem can be solved. I previously participated in a letter-sending event on this website. After a long time, I remembered it and wanted to read the letter I wrote, so I tried to access the site, but it wasn't working. Sadly, I think the site is no longer operational since it was quite an old event. However, I was wondering if there might be any way to still view it?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

As it says in the original message, this letter could only be retrieved for 7 days. Plus, this was a limited time promotion and the site related to it is therefore no longer active. We know you'd love to participate in this again, but stay tuned as more similar projects are definitely coming in future.
