Bluetooth issues

Hello, I currently have Bluetooth issues with my Spotify disconnecting from the dice that I am connected. It doesn't matter which device I use. In a couple of minutes it disconnects.

This behavior with the Bluetooth connection is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we’d first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article


If the issue persists, would you mind clarifying if it happens connecting your phone to any Bluetooth speaker, or if it happens connecting any phone to the same Bluetooth speaker?. This will give us a better look at it.

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
