My Question or Issue

i keep playing spotify like normal, everything is fine until i get a boost mobile ad. The ad itself is not the problem, it's the fact that every time it plays, it plays again, and again, and again. it literally won't stop unless i shut down the app completely and start it up again. there's no certain point where it ends. i need to know how to fix this, thanks spotify pookies 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! And sorry to see this has happened.
It looks to me like it might be something related to the cached data in regards to that ad..

To test if this is the case - remove your cache by following the steps here and then continue using your app normally.
When the ad re-appears you can let us know how things have gone 🙂
