Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
We haven't seen reports about this, but no worries, let's check the situation. In this case, it's best to try some troubleshooting steps to check if the situation can be resolved. First, go to the Spotify app Settings > Storage, and select the option Clear cache. Then log out, restart Spotify, and check if that helps. Additionally, disable any Battery Saver or Lower Power mode from your device's Settings.
If none of those help, we recommend reinstalling Spotify. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you might need to download your offline music again.
Lastly, could you try using a different phone to connect to the car and check if you have the same issue?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply!

thank you for reaching out on this topic.
i have tried all the things you said but none of them work.
It started after I updated to iOS 18.2.
Hey @Hemlis,
Thank you for joining the conversation and for the info shared.
Taking into account that the issue seems to have started after an OS update and to continue investigating this issue, would you mind using a different device connected via CarPlay to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one, you can borrow one from a friend or a family member to test it out.
It would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.
We'll be on the lookout for your response.
Hello - I am also experiencing this issue, as are people on this reddit thread.
The issue is that my album art on car play doesn't/rarely loads, but it does load if you skip forwards through a song (by a few seconds):

I'm also on iOS 18.2 on an iPhone 13 mini, and the issues seemed to start around the time of upgrading to iOS 18.2
It happens on wired and wireless carplay and across different cars.
