Al intentar rapar el codigo lo hice con mucha fuerza y no ve parte del codigo

If the PIN code on your gift card is damaged, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support here, as they can assist further in helping you to redeem the gift card. I recommend preparing photos showing the front and back of the damaged gift card, as well as a photo of the receipt.
