Can’t Add Mark Ambor’s New Album “Rockwood” to My Library – Anyone Else?

Solved!

Can’t Add Mark Ambor’s New Album “Rockwood” to My Library – Anyone Else?

PlanFree

Country: United Kingdom

Device

iPad (10th generation)

Operating System

iPadOS 18 Beta 6 (probably the reason I have this issue)

My Issue:

Hey everyone,

I’m having a weird issue with my iPad. I’m trying to add Mark Ambor’s new album, Rockwood, to my music library, but it just won’t add. The strange thing is that I have no problem adding it on my laptop or phone—it’s only my iPad that’s acting up.

I’ve already tried restarting the app, updating it, and even logging out and back in, but nothing’s worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips or tricks to fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Taran

Hey there @TC711,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Kudos for all the troubleshooting you've tried so far. From what you kindly mentioned, this could be related to iPadOS 18 Beta 6, especially since you did not notice issues on other devices and it's a Beta version.

Nonetheless, it might be worth trying performing a clean reinstall of the app on the iPad to see if you notice any difference. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here (you can follow those for iPhone).

If the above doesn't do the trick and the issue persists, then we'd suggest you continue adding the albums from different devices. It might be worth reporting this behavior to the Apple folks to see if they can add some insights.

We'll be on the lookout!
