Can't find my profile in the search

My Question or Issue

I registered twice because I couldn't access my first account on the iphone, but in both of them I can't find my profile when I search using my name. Could it be because I'm using the free plan? I can easily find my friends, so I'm confused.

Thanks for reaching out about this.

You should be able to find your profile in the app and share it with your friends. Just follow these steps on your mobile app:

1. Tap Home , then Settings .
2. Tap View Profile. 
3. Tap  (iOS)/  (Android) in the top-right, then Share.

Keep in mind that if your account is linked to a FB Profile your display name will be set to the name you have on Facebook. Also, if one of your accounts is disabled it won't be visible in the search.

Thank you for your advice! I actually can just find me in the search now. I have no idea why it didn't work before. Maybe it needed some time after I registered...
