Can't hide / remove artists / albums / songs I don't want.

There's certain artists that keep appearing on my playlists on shuffle that I dislike, but all I can do is remove the recommendation. Sooner than later another song from the same artist appear again. I know there was an option to remove unwanted artists or songs to appear, but it seems to be gone now.
I've tried from the Desktop, from the Web player, and from the phone, and it's nowhere to be seen.

Artist -> Three dots -> Don’t play this artist. Hope this helps

On Windows when I do Artist-> Three dots ->
The only options are -> Follow, Go to radio, Report, and Share.
I mainly use Spotify on the computer and I remember this had been an option in the past

It's now only on phone app for unknown reason.
