Can't link account to Playstation

My Question or Issue

'Spotify account already linked switch to the Playstation Network or Sony Entertainment Network account linked with this Spotify account'.

I used to use the account on an old ps4 account, I have now logged out of that and switched to a different PS4 account. It isn't logged into any other PS4. I have logged out of everywhere throught the Spotify website.
