Can't log in to app

I've been using spotify on my ps4 for a while now and thought I'd also add it to my PC, So logged in to the website and downloaded the player But I can't log in to it. It keeps giving me the "the username or password is incorrect (error code 3)" message.

Tried resetting the password but it says there is no account linked with the email address, How can I log in to the website and ps4 but not be able to use the windows player?

Welcome to Spotify Community!

Can you try logging in with your username instead of your e-mail? If you don't have one head to account section and set one.

Also, can you confirm if you recently disconnected/deactivated your Facebook account?

Thanks for the reply, Tried it with the username and it's worked, Can't believe it was that simple sorry, haha

I've never had my facebook connected to spotify, just my email
