My Question or Issue

I'm trying to log into my Spotify app account, but it keep sending error message whenever I add my information. I cleared cache memory and I'm sure that my information are right since I can log into my Web account and I reset the password

Hi @woodohodggggg,

 

Thanks for the reply. Could you please try the login on multiple networks and see if that makes a difference? If you're using a VPN too, disable it and try again as VPNs are known to cause issues with account access.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

This type of issue could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device that may be affecting the proper behavior of the app. In this case, and if you haven't tried before, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This process will replace all damaged files and ensure you're running the latest version of the app.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking if the Web Player shows the same error when you try to log in? If so, could you include in your next response a screenshot of the error message you're receiving?

 

Lastly, it's also worth performing a security process in case someone else has been using your account without authorization.

I did the clean reinstall and unfortunately, it still can't log into my account. I also changed the password and the email several times, with no luck. The wep browser is still working though! I can log and play music. My issue is with the app. That's the error message I got
