Can't play music from one artist

My Question or Issue

I can listen to all the music but for some reason I can't play any Pendulum song. On the screenshot you can see the error, it's in polish "We can't play this, until you allow this artist to be played in the Spotify app on your phone". I can't find an option on my phone to change this.
