My Question or Issue

As the title says, I can't seem to have access to any podcasts, even though I'm a premium user. I can't see them via the "Browse" button in the desktop app, searching any podcast yields no result and when trying to access a podcast link, I get sent back to home page.

Thanks for writing about this here in the Community. 

 

Just to double-check, is your Windows 10 fully up-to-date? If you're not sure, take a look at any available updates and then go with a clean reinstall of the app. That should fix any temporary errors and do the trick in this case.

Hi, I've done a reinstall of Spotify but it hasn't solved my issue.

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

We're sorry for the confusion, but podcasts are not yet available in Moldova. There are diverse reasons for this such as licensing agreements with the rights holders. However we're constantly working on expanding the content we offer and just because this feature isn't available right now, doesn't mean that it won't be at some point in the future.
