Can't stop starting up Spotify when my Win10 PC boots up

I have unsuccessfully configured in advanced settings that Spotify does not start up when windows boots up. I don't know what else to do.  This is annoying because Spotify takes too much resources of my computer when it starts up and I need other programs to start up quicker and before anything else. I hope you tell me what I am missing to do.

Open up task manager, click on the arrow labeled "more details" if you can only see the open programs listed, go to the startup tab then disable Spotify from there. 🙂

I have the same problem, but disabling it in the Startup tab doesn't work. And disabling it in the Spotify app itself doesn't work either. Started happening just recently.
