Can we use the same name as an artist for our podcast?

My Question or Issue

Hi, we've come up with a podcast title that's really meaningful to what we stand for as a charity and want to use Sportify as one of our directories, but we have looked on Spotify and it's incidentally the same one that an artist is using.

Seeing as we're a podcast and they're an artist, is it OK for us to have the same name?

I'm guessing it shouldn't be an issue but can't really confirm from here.
Your best bet would be to ask the folks at Spotify for Podcasters.
They will be able to give you the most accurate feedback on the matter 🙂
