Cannot contact spotify

I want to delete my spotify account. Anytime I go through the form here...

It takes me here:

When I click on the contact form because yes I really would like to delete my account, it just sends me back here:

This makes it literally impossible to delete my account. All I really want to do is change my username but that also seems impossible so I have to go through the process of deleting my account, waiting till next month for my subscription to run out, and create a new account. Is there anything that can help me?? Anything??? I know on the forums the solution always seems to be, "scroll up and click on 'about'" but that doesn't exist at least on my screen.

I know they want to make deleting your account difficult but jeez....

Hi! You can reply to the email from Spotify and request account removal again. Hope this helps 🙂
