Car Stereo and Spotify

I've searched all over the interwebs and there doesn't seem to be any information at all that will definitively tell me the answer.

Spotify is my streaming music program of choice everywhere - my iPhone, computer, smart TV, and most importantly my vehicles. I currently have a Jeep Wrangler with a stock radio (130S/RES with uConnect FWIW) I have a USB port in my console and as long as I have Spotify playing before connecting, I can listen to my offline lists with no problems.

I'm upgrading my head unit to an in-dash GPS unit/media center. I will keep all of my uConnect features. I'm settled on either Kenwood, Alpine, or Pioneer (any of their high-end models.) 

Two questions: 1) Will any of these receivers allow me to keep my standard Spotify streaming through USB (VERY important - I don't want Bluetooth streaming) with artist and title on screen?

2) Does Apple Car Play figure into this equation? In other words, will it allow me for sure access to Spotify in the way that I want?

Seriously folks, this is a deal breaker for me. I'm looking for a definite yes or no. I'm a long time subscriber, but new to the forums. If this doesn't go here, I'll be glad to post it somewhere else. For that matter, I'll take it to another site if anyone will point me in the right direction.
