I am on iPhone 15 Pro Max, and my friend is on iPhone 12.

Operating System

We are both on iOS 17.

My Question or Issue
My friend and I made a collaborative playlist a few weeks ago on the phone app. Now, on my page it shows perfectly normally but hers shows a grayed out version in her library and says "Content is unavailable". I've never privated it, blocked her, or made any changes to my Spotify account. This issue has happened once before to the same exact playlist, and so we had to remake it. However, the same issue has happened. Attached below are pictures of the playlist on her end.

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and for the provided details!

 

If this has happened with the same playlist before, could you check if you've received an email about this? Make sure to also check out the spam folder as emails from Spotify can end up there.

 

Apart from this, we're afraid that we don’t have any additional info to share, but what we also can suggest is that you create a new playlist and add the preferred content to it.
