Connection instability with Smart TV

I hve 2 smart TV LG and Samsung both connected to same wifi.

Wifi and spotify works well with PC, tablets and phones, but with Smart TV spotify continuously tells there are connection problems and ask fo checking in www.spotify.com/hel the availability of the service.

But it happens only with smart TV no issues at all with other devices

Anybody can help?

How strong is your TV's WiFi connection? Also, how far is your TV approximately from a WiFi router?

Thanks for your question. 300 Mb and router is at 2 m distance.All other devices connect perfectly from any zono of the house. Problems ony with Smart TV's
