Custom Playlist made by Google Home

A long time ago I told my google home to play my water playlist and it created a playlist called water music full of songs I like. I haven't been able to get it to create any more playlists, and the playlist shows it was created by Spotify. I can't add or remove songs but songs get changed.  Has anyone had a similar experience and can I make other playlists?

Could you please check if the same thing happens when you try connecting another device to Google Home?

You can also send us a screenshot of what you're seeing as well as the URI of the playlist. We'll look into this further.

Normally it has my liked songs or similar music I'm surprised the top songs today were ocean-related.
Also, I can't get google to make any more playlists but it made it a long time ago so I could have forgotten what I said.

I went back to Spotify and the playlist is almost completely different.
