DATA FOR STATS FM

I asked Spotify for my data in july and i still have not received them, it has been 4 months now...I paid for Stats FM, i would like to be able to use it.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community!

 

When you've requested your personal data via the Account Privacy page, keep in mind that you receive a confirmation email to the email address registered on the Spotify account with a link to confirm the data request. We need this verification before starting to process the data.

 

Could you double-check that you've received such an email and verified the request via the link (keep in mind it expires in 14 days)? Just in case, you can even take a look at the spam folder.

 

If you've not received an email, make sure that you're checking the correct email address. You may also want to take a look at this help article as there are different ways to register and you may have been logged in to a different account upon submitting the request.

 

Another article which is helpful is the 'Data rights and privacy choices' which you can check out here if you've not already done so. 

 

Lastly, should you continue not to receive a confirmation email, it'd be best to reach out to Customer Support that can take a look behind the scenes for you. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
