Deleting Account

Deleting Account

I did the contact form, but no one hasn't gave me a reply yet. It's been like 4 or 5 hours I am impatient because the reason why I want to delete my account on Spotify is because I am gonna delete the e-mail account that is on that account soon.

Welcome to Spotify Community!

 

First, make sure to reply back to the e-mail directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible

Second, it takes between 12-48h to get a reply back from the support team.

Really sorry you wish to leave Spotify. Just so you know, you don't have to delete your account if you still want to use it. You can edit your profile here. Change it to a preferred e-mail. That way you can still use this great service and can still delete your old e-mail account.
