My Question or Issue

Hello everyone.

Today 2023-04-25 my individual premium account was gonna expire.

This same date, I pay for a duo premium account. The payment was successful.

 

I present two problems.

 

First problem.

The problem is in the next screens of the payment process.

The page loaded, try to catch a service. This service is unable, and return 404 code.

This situation don't let me setup my duo account.

 

The another error.

After made the payment duo, my account overview show me like a individual account.

But, in the same page, but in another sub-menu, it show me the payment I made minutes ago, a duo premium.

 

 

I need assistance about this problems.

  • I want to be enable to setup my duo partner, no getting the 404 error.
  • I want the information showed in the spotify account be correct. In both pages must says duo premium.

The problems were solved.

 

First problem.

Can't set up my duet partner, get 404 error.

After payment day passed, I received an email with a link to set up my family. I was able to set it up successfully.

 

The other error.

After making the duo payment, my account summary shows me as an individual account.

The problem resolved itself.

I think for the same reason, after the payment day, the information is updated and displayed correctly.

We've gone ahead and edited your post, since it contained personal info about your payment. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to maintain your personal data secure, we've deleted some of the screenshots you kindly sent us.

 

On another note, we'd like to add some insights. It's possible that some hours of your Premium Individual plan were left, and that's why you couldn't continue with the setup of the Duo plan. If your previous plan was paid with a one-time payment (the one that does not renew automatically), the system accumulates the time you have left on the previous plan with the new one-time payment. This could be the reason why your account page didn't reflect the new Duo plan you've paid for.
