I already sent the feed from my Podcast to the Spotify Podcast's platform, however I had to change hosting and the feed is now another. The new host system automatically created a new instance of Podcast (Anchor).
I've already contacted PodCasts's specific support contact, but after 1 week I got no response.
Now there are two podcasts with the same name, one updated and one not, but containing the subscriptions of users that I would like to keep. How to do? I don't want to lose the subscription to the old podcast, but I need it to be updated. Would it be better to delete the new podcast and update the old podcast to receive the new feed ... or ... somehow, merge both in one?

After 5 interactions with the Anchor.fm staff, they understood my problem and were able to fix it, I believe they have access to the Spotify Podcast system and have been able to change it.
I already tried to contact through this other channel and I didn't get any answer, it has been more than 1 week. I've done all the instructions in the FAQ, I've sent an email and there's still no response. So am contacting you here, to find out if there are still hopes to resolve my problem, which is already bringing a lot of confusion here.
Hey @Geahn.
It's possible that they are a bit busy. If you've already been in touch with someone from Podcasts, wait a bit more and they will get back to you soon. You can also try to re-send your email in case something happened.
Hope it'll get fixed! Let us know if you have further questions.
Have a nice day.
Yes, I'll wait, but it seems to take a long time! My deadline is tight, the launch of Podcast is already marked whit a event and it's bad to start with problems.
when I am answered, I come back here and tell you how the solution was. However, it's been 12 days since I sent the email and I didn't receive any interaction from the Podcasts team.

Hey! I'm having the same exact issue with my podcast. I recently switched my hosting site from SoundCloud to Anchor. When I did this it create two duplicate podcasts on Spotify. I reached out to Spotify and also Anchor. What do you suggest I do?
Thanks!

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!
Could you confirm if you tried contacting Anchor.fm regarding this issue? It seems that other users already managed to get help there so we suggest this as well.
